No. All international shipments are handled on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — Ramsos covers all import duties and taxes upfront. You won't face any surprise charges at delivery.

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check the status anytime under My Orders in your account.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after processing your order to request a return.

Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Spain: returns carry up to €6 fee deducted from your refund. We cover the shipping costs for exchanges (limited to one free exchange).

International: we do not cover shipping costs for returns nor exchanges. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email of its approval. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

All our garments are made exclusively in Spain and Portugal. This is a deliberate choice: working with local workshops lets us maintain close quality control at every stage of production, while supporting regional artisans and the textile industry of our area.

Linen is Ramsos's signature fabric. We choose it for its exceptional properties: it's cool, breathable, durable, and gets better with every wash — unlike most synthetic fabrics, linen develops character with wear.

We complement our collection with quality cotton and other selected natural fibres suited to each garment type. You'll find the exact composition of each piece on its product page.

We use non-organic materials on a limited basis to ensure high-quality products with a clean fit.

Yes. Linen is one of the most environmentally friendly textile fibres: the flax plant (linum usitatissimum) grows with very little water and without intensive pesticides. It is fully biodegradable and has a significantly lower carbon footprint than most synthetic fabrics.

By manufacturing in Spain and Portugal we maintain a direct, ongoing relationship with the workshops that produce our garments. This allows us to supervise finishes, stitching and fabric consistency in every batch. We work with our own patterns and review prototypes before green-lighting each production run.

We design timeless basics that fit seamlessly into everyday life without losing personality: pieces you'll want to wear season after season, not just once.

Every product page includes a size guide with the exact measurements of each garment. We recommend taking your measurements (chest, waist, hips) before choosing. If you're between sizes, check the product description, we usually note whether the fit runs slim or relaxed.

Linen can shrink slightly if washed at high temperatures or tumble-dried. Most of our linen pieces are pre-washed to minimise this, but we always recommend washing at a maximum of 30 °C to preserve the original shape and feel.

• Machine wash at 30 °C maximum on a gentle cycle.
• Gentle spin or hand-wring, avoid high-speed centrifuging.
• Lay flat or hang to dry to preserve the shape.
• Avoid the tumble dryer, excessive heat damages natural fibres.
• Iron damp or with steam at medium-high heat for a perfect finish.
• Always follow the care label instructions on each individual garment.

Because we work with limited editions, restocks are not guaranteed and many styles are not reproduced. If you see something you love, we recommend not waiting. Where available, you can leave your email on a sold-out item to receive a notification if it comes back in stock.
